I’m Sam Rosenthal, a New York–based actor, producer, and podcast host. A reformed theater kid at heart, I grew up falling in love with old movies and the electric rush of live performance. That spark never left- I trained in BFA Acting at Pace University and have since brought characters to life on stage and screen, including Apple TV+’s Masters of the Air.
What’s carried me through this industry is persistence. I don’t give up on myself or the work. Auditions, classes, rewrites, late nights; I live for the hustle, and I know the best stories come from putting your whole heart into them.
My career now spans acting, producing, and creating original projects that celebrate connection and resilience. I co-host the podcast Not Off Book, develop indie film and TV concepts through my studio, and design a few cheeky merch projects on the side because I believe creativity should be fun, messy, and alive.
At the core, I want to tell stories that are raw, funny, heartbreaking, and hopeful across film, TV, and theater. Because for me, storytelling isn’t just a career. It’s a way of understanding what it means to be human.
